First Merchants Group was founded in 1993 with the goal of developing, acquiring and managing Class A real estate. FMG specializes in “opportunity” properties with value-added potential using a structured capital investment program and intensive site management. The company portfolio consists of a variety of property types including: luxury apartment complexes, anchored retail centers, freestanding NNN retail, hotel and office buildings. Our Corporate office, located in East Windsor, Connecticut, handles the accounting and financial reporting for all of our properties.
